The main concept of search engines is to crawl(read) the web site and then start index its pages into its databases. When we search any keyword these indexed pages are found at results. But, meta search engines neither crawl to any web site or nor have its own databases. They just access the databases of other search engines to display the search results. Nut they have its own algorithem.
When to use a meta search engine
  • When you want to retrieve a relatively small number of relevant results
  • When your topic is obscure
  • When you are not having luck finding what you want
  • When you want the convenience of searching a variety of different content sources from one search page

link popularity is the key point of getting high page rank, do not forget when posting your links to sites do not related to your site or business, like if you have a site which sells cloths and wearings so fashions sites will be your target, and if you post your links to Religious sites then these links will not be considerable by search engine mostly by google.
