The main concept of search engines is to crawl(read) the web site and then start index,its pages into its databases. When we search any keyword these indexed pages are found at results. But, meta search engines neither crawl to any web site or nor have its own databases. They just access the databases of other search engines to display the search results. Nut they have its own algorithem.
